SMS Messaging Policy

CCHV Corporation, doing business as La Oficina del Capitán Chávez-Valdivia, may communicate with clients via SMS text messaging for service-related purposes.

Clients may receive messages including:

Consent
Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages by completing and signing a written SMS consent form in person at La Oficina del Capitán Chávez-Valdivia before any text messages are sent.
The consent form authorizes the business to send customer care messages, including appointment reminders, payment reminders, case updates, document requests, and customer service communications.
SMS consent is voluntary, is not a condition of receiving services, and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
Signed consent forms are retained in the customer's file for recordkeeping and compliance purposes.

Message frequency varies depending on the client’s services and communication needs.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, reply:

After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent except where required for confirmation of opt-out.

Written SMS Consent Process
Customers provide written consent in person before receiving any SMS messages.
Each customer completes and signs a written SMS Consent Form authorizing La Oficina del Capitán Chávez-Valdivia to send service-related SMS communications.
The signed consent form is retained in the customer's client file.
